The paid tiers (Basic, Pro, and Advanced) involve onboarding and training our assistants on your specific, niche business workflows. This includes immediate notification guidelines, customized customer service procedures, chemical service details, and specific client policy management.

For our Starter (Free) plan, we charge a standard £2.00 flat fee per completed booking. For all paid tiers (Basic, Pro, and Advanced), this flat fee is reduced to £1.00 per booking. For premium services and high-ticket packages over £300, an additional 0.5% commission is applied to cover the premium coordination required.
